Between Two Extremes

I consistently seem to fall into two opposite, yet equally distressing extremes. I either get absolutely no crafting/sewing done (which makes me miserable), but am able to maintain a lovely home, prepare yummy meals and keep up with the laundry. OR.....I have a veritable creative blitz and make tons of fun crafts, but the laundry piles up, we're eating sandwiches and the house falls apart (which also makes me miserable). As you can tell from this week's posts, I've been on the crafting edge of the cliff. I have an excuse! My men were all elsewhere so no LIVE thing was getting neglected. But regardless, the house now needs my attention. I've put on my cleaning clothes and shoes and am ready to hit it. This is the last craft pic I'll share for a couple of days. Time to do my Susie Homemaker Thang.

I know exactly what you mean! I need more balance, I seem to be all or nothing with the arts and crafts and drive my family crazy!

I hear you - what's really annoying is when WORK gets in the way of both the fun stuff and just the maintenance stuff.

Andrea - I'd be in big trouble if I had to juggle the work ball in addition to the other two! Wishing us all lots of organizational and time management skills so that we can do (snicker, snicker) ALL things well!

I am exactly the same way !! ( I secretly think all artists are a little off, if we had balance and order we wouldn't come up with the creative stuff we do !lol ) love this Tussie, very Sweet !!
